Phoenix Ilu is a multidisciplinary healer and visionary with over 15 years of experience devoted to spiritual integration, personal empowerment, and whole-systems transformation. As a Reiki Master, Systems Thinker, and Quantum Field Specialist, she bridges ancient wisdom with emerging modalities—including meditation, herbalism, Human Design, Theta Healing, and ancestral practices—to facilitate deep energetic alignment and embodied healing.

Phoenix is the founder of Rising Phoenix Reiki and the creator of Whole Systems Integration, an approach that interweaves multiple disciplines to support personal and collective evolution. These foundations inspired the launch of Phoenix Healing Cooperative, a for-profit cooperative and LLC designed as a dynamic container for immersive and integrative healing experiences.

Her long-term vision is to co-create sacred, collaborative spaces—through retreats, workshops, and healing festivals—that unite practitioners and communities in shared transformation. Through Phoenix Healing Cooperative, she is actively building a global ecosystem of healers and facilitators committed to revolutionizing the way we experience wellness and connection.

In addition to her healing work, Phoenix also represents innovative wellness brands as a vendor and sales rep, including Pure Way Filtration—offering advanced Micronguard™ ultrafiltration technology—and Sentient Botanics, which crafts highly bioavailable herbal formulations through the fusion of science and nature. She also supports emerging businesses such as Drakena WildheArt, further expanding her commitment to holistic advocacy and conscious commerce.

The Flow-Keeper

Moriah Day is the host of hot springs retreats focusing on Contrast Therapy, Yin Yoga, and Liquid Cleansing for rejuvenation and reset.  Her retreats are intentionally crafted to foster moon bathing, communion with earth, water and sun, and to honor the rich cycles and seasons reflected in both nature and our bodies. She has been practicing since the early 90’s in San Francisco and LA and is a yoga  teacher, massage therapist and ordained 13 Moon Priestess.

The Artist

Elora Hoffman (Falkenhagen) grew up in Eastern Oregon where there wasn’t much to do except climb trees. Elora’s love of nature began early and provoked her to use her imagination and creativity to keep her busy. With little to stimulate her in her hometown, she joined the Navy to be a Medic. After 8 years serving this country and learning about the nature of people she knows quite a lot and usually has a lot to say!

Elora has also been through many hurtful experiences that have, in turn, helped to motivate her to pursue the path she is on now. Western Medicine and current conditions in this society are not working. Natural medicine and returning to spirit and our true selves is the answer, in her opinion.

In this group she is bringing her creative genius and extensive work/leadership education to the fore in order to keep the balance and bring our dreams into the light. Her passion for learning and the desire to know more about all the various medicines this group is surrounding her with adds depth and value to her artistic expression. She is incredibly resilient, adaptable, intuitive, empathic, and intelligent, and she wants to see what we can all do together as one cooperative!

The Anchor

Jyoti Sharma is a licensed clinical social worker based in Colorado, dedicated to empowering individuals through compassionate and effective mental health support. As a first-generation Indian American raised by a single mother, Jyoti was exposed to the realities of hardship and resilience from an early age. This foundation instilled a deep commitment to seva—selfless service—leading to a lifelong passion for helping others.

At 17, Jyoti joined the military and served on a Homeland Response Force, further strengthening a sense of duty and service. After returning home, she pursued a career in social work to continue making a meaningful impact in her community. Jyoti has worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, particularly those who are marginalized, oppressed, pushed out of the systems, and facing complex mental health challenges. Her experience includes supporting individuals with a variety of mental health disorders and guiding those seeking meaningful change in their lives.

At the core of Jyoti’s practice is the belief that healing begins with a warm and trusting therapeutic relationship—one where individuals feel safe to express themselves without shame. Through psychoeducation and empowerment, they help clients build resilience, self-awareness, and the tools needed to navigate life’s challenges.
